Three-Year Limited Warranty. Safe Ratch Inc. will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for three years from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse as determined by a qualified service technician.
One-Year Service Contract. Safe Ratch Inc. will replace worn parts (no longer functioning as originally intended) caused by normal use, without cost, during the first year after the date of original purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from manufacturer for repairs.
Note: To be eligible for both the Three-Year Limited Warranty and the One-Year Service Contract, a copy of the original invoice must be returned along with unit to manufacturer at time of service request.
